采暖散热器委员会隶属于建设部中国建筑金属结构协会(缩写为CCMSA)，成立于1986年。
The Heating Radiator Committee which was founded in 1986 is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Construction, CCMSA (China Construction Metal Structure Association).
采暖散热器委员会主要任务是:研究行业发展方向；根据国家建设事业的发展，提出本行业发展规划及相关技术政策的建议；贯彻政府有关产业技术政策；协助政府部门制订、修订产品与工程技术标准；接受政府部门委托行业标准、技术标准与规范的制订、修订；承办政府部门委托的科技攻关工作，组织本行业开发新产品、新技术、新设备和新材料；组织国内外技术交流与合作，举办各类技术研讨、展览会、培训活动。做好行业的管理工作，规范市场行为，引导行业健康有序发展。
The main mission of Heating Radiator Committee is: probing the development direction of heating industry; making development plans for the heating industry and putting forward a proposal, referring to the national construction development; assisting the Government to amend and adopt the Standard of Product and Technology; organizing the Heating Industry to develop new product, new technology, new facilities and new materials; and organizing the international technology cooperation and communication, holding all kinds of seminar concerning technology development Research and Development Discussion Conference, Exhibition and Training activities. Making the Operation work well, and to standardize market behaviors, and to guide a better development of the Heating Industry.
